At the end of delivery, leave theportafilter attached to the group headuntil you want to make the next coffee.11.5 - MAKING CAPPUCCINOTo make a professional cappuccino, fresh milk(± 65 - 70 °C max) is frothed and the frothobtained is then poured onto an espressocoffee made previously.• Pull out the wand (1) over the grille and actionthe steam lever (2) for one/two seconds toempty the wand of water.• Pour the milk into the jug. Ideally use astainless steel jug with a conical spout.IMPORTANT: Take care as the wand (1)becomes very hot and could causeburns. To move, hold by the rubbercovered part (3) only.
