9This TV provides predefined three picture modes and one adjustablepersonal picture preference mode. You can choose your preferred pic-ture mode by pressing the button repeatedly.PERSONAL : Personal preference mode.STANDARD : Normal viewing mode.ECO : Low contrast, brightness and colour picture setting (Suitablefor dimly lit rooms and gives a cinema-like effect which thelights are switched off, or Economical mode).DYNAMIC : High contrast, brightness and colour picture setting(Suitable for brightly lit rooms).n To store your personal preference into “PERSONAL” mode1. Press the MENU button to display the mainmenu. Use the s or t button to highlight thePICTURE menu and press the F/OK button.2. Adjust picture controls to your preferred controllevel by using the s,t or ß, © buttons.3. Use the s or t button to highlight the PERSONAL menu andpress the F/OK button. The control window will momentary blink toshow the memorisation.To return to the TV mode, press the MENU button.The fine tuning control level will not be memorised into the “PERSONAL”mode.Sometimes we notice a volume level difference between the receivingsources, such as on-air programmes and VCR playback, channels, andprogrammes and commercials. When this function is set to “ON” the TVset automatically equalises the volume level difference to make astandard volume level.l SETTING1. Press the MENU button to display the mainmenu. Use the s or t button to highlight theSETTING menu.2. Press F/OK button.3. Use the s or t button to highlight the AUTO VOLUME menu.Select “ON” or “OFF” by pressing the ß or © button.To return to the TV mode, press the MENU button.This TV has a child lock function which inhibits the use of the buttonson the front of the TV set.
