Any unauthorised repair or substitution ofparts invalidates the intrinsic safety rating andthe third party IS approval.IS PCB servicing requirmentsTait Orca 5000 IS handportables must bereturned to an authorised Tait branch orsubsidiary for servicing. Any unauthorisedrepair or substitution of parts invalidates theintrinsic safety rating.FM approvalTait Orca 5000 IS handportables and accesso-ries are approved by Factory Mutual Corpora-tion (FM) to the following ratings:FM approved productsRefer Figure A-1.
