HIP THRUST QT109712Step 3: Assembly of the backrest frame, upholstery and retaining pins1. Slide the ends of the support (3) into the holes of the two beams (1 & 12).⚠ WARNINGMake sure that the fast pins (10) audibly engage in the adjusting holes of the support (3) duringthe next step.2. Adjust the height of the support (3) to the desired height and fix it to the two beams (1 & 12)with one fast pin (10) each.3. Fit the cushion (9) to the support (3) using a total of six allen bolts (15) and six washers (19).4. Insert two strap support tubes (4) each into the holes of the two beams (1 & 12).5. Mount one tube (7) to each of the two beams (1 & 12) using two allen bolts (25) and two washers(20).6. Finally fasten all the bolts.
