Electrical TroubleshootingTroubleshooting Page 3Status LED Code TableThe status LED’s on the speed controller can beused to give you an idea of where the problem maybe. During normal operation (no faults) the yellowLED will be flashing steady. When the controller senses a fault the two LED’scan be used to determine the fault code. The faultcode will be a two digit code. The red LED signifieswhich digit and the yellow LED signifies the faultcode. For example: When the red LED flashes once, the yellow LED will be flashing the first digit. Whenthe red LED flashes twice, the yellow LED will beflashing the second digit. The fault code will repeatuntil the fault is corrected.Typical location of Status LED’sCode Handset DisplayEffect of FaultPossible Cause Note12 Controller OvercurentShutdown of main contactor;Shutdown of motor;Shutdown of EM brake.1.
