2WAY REMOTE STARTER/ ALARM OWNER’S GUIDEPage 3Remote Start - Automatic Transmission1. Press and release button #3.2. The park lights will flash and the siren will chirp one time.3. The vehicle will then remote start. The park lights will flash fourtimes then remain on while the vehicle is running. The run timeron the LCD will begin to countdown.4. The vehicle will continue to run for the programmed runtime*.Note: If the remote starter fails to start, the park lights will flash aTrouble Shooting Code. Count the number of flashes andrefer to the Diagnostics Chart on page 15.Never remote start if the vehicle is parked in a Garage.Operate in a well ventilated area only.Remote Stop1.Press and hold button #3 for three seconds. The remote starterwill shut down. The park lights will flash and the siren will chirptwo times to confirm shutdown.Note: Pressing the brake pedal or opening the hood will also shutdown the remote starter.Extended Run Time1.Press and release button #3 while the vehicle is running.2.The system will respond with one park light flash and one sirenchirp to confirm Extended Runtime.The system will reset the run time*.Note: Extended runtime will not work if the runtime is programmedfor 4 Minutes. *Default 15 minutes1 2 3 41 2 3 41 2 3 4
