3TroubleshootingIf the imager can not operate properly, the following checksshould be performed:1. The cradle uses an external power supply and theexternal power supply has failed, the imager will notoperate. Change the power supply with a known goodpower supply and reset the imager.2. Verify the interface cable is securely connected to thehost computer. Consult your technical supportpersonnel or refer to your host system manual to verifythe proper connection for the imager.
