Caring for your hearing aidsOpen the battery door when not in use.Always remove your hearing aids when usinghair care products. The hearing aids canbecome clogged and cease to functionproperly.Do not wear your hearing aids in the bath orshower or immerse them in water.If your hearing aids do become wet, do notattempt to dry them in an oven or microwave.Do not adjust any controls. Open the batterydoors immediately, and allow your hearingaids to dry naturally for 24 hours.Protect your hearing aids from excessive heat(hair dryer, vehicle glove box or dashboard).Ensure you do not twist or squeeze the tubewhen your hearing aids are placed in theircase.3. Attach the magnet to thetape.Your hearing healthcare professional may alsohave set up a phone program that you canaccess through the push button on your hearingaids, or through your optional remote control.If your hearing aids are configured to workwith the wireless uDirect™ neck wornaccessory, you might benefit from aBluetooth® hands free option.
