When the air conditioner is turned off, if you set thetiming ON, the air conditioner keeps idle and shows thetime which is reduced one per hour. When the timecomes, the air conditioner is turned on. If you set thetiming OFF, the air conditioner will be turned onimmediately and the time will be reduced by one perhour. When the time comes, the air conditioner is turnedoff.4. When you set the timing OFF by pressing “TIMING”key, the time display is lightened. If the time is notadjusted within 5 seconds, the display screen indicatesthe setting temperature.5. When you set the timing ON by pressing “TIMING” key,the time display is lightened. If the time is not adjustedwithin 5 seconds, the display screen only indicates thecurrent timing time.6. In the timing state, when the time sent the remotecontroller is different from the current timing time ofthe air conditioner, the former will replace the latter andthe timers recounts the time. If they are same, nooperation is needed.Sleeping function:1. Press “SLEEP” key on the remote controller, the airconditioner will enter the sleeping operating mode andindoor fan begins to run at low speed. Press “SLEEP”key again, the sleeping operation will be cancelled .Thestate of the air conditioner will be restored to theoriginal state before set, and the indoor fan runs at thespeed set in sleeping mode. The sleeping mode will becancelled by pressing “ON/OFF” key on the controller.2. Press “SLEEP” key to set the sleeping mode. 10seconds later, on the display screen there is no othericon to be indicated except the running light, whichmeans sleeping screen closed.Note!Under sleeping operation, if the air conditioneraccepts the order to adjust the timing time, thedigital tube will flash, which means the system isin the modification state; if the air conditioneraccepts the order to adjust the settingtemperature, the digital tube will be illuminated.And then the system will show the operation modebefore setting the sleeping operation which will becancelled if there is no modification within 10seconds.3. If the sleeping mode is set in the cooling mode, theset temperature is Ts + 1 ºC one hour later and it is Ts +2 ºC two hours later, hereafter it will hold the line.4. If the sleeping mode is set in the heating mode, theset temperature is Ts - 1 ºC one hour later, Ts - 3 ºC twohours later and Ts - 5 ºC three hours later, hereafter itwill hold the line.5. As for setting sleeping operation in dehumidifyingmode, the dehumidifying mode is still operated and thesleeping screen closed works.6. As for setting sleeping operation in ventilating mode,the setting temperature is not changed and the sleepingscreen closed works.7. As for setting sleeping operation in automatic mode,the operating mode in the sleeping mode is similar tothe mode that the air conditioner runs in the automaticmode.8. In sleeping mode, the speed of indoor fan isadjustable, but the dehumidifying mode is not the case.9. The air conditioner can not run the sleeping modeand high-power operating mode at the same time.9.2.3 Assistant functionsSelf-inspection function:Press “RUN” emergency key and then power on it, theair conditioner enters self-inspection operation:1. Display output: Firstly, all outputs are indicated. Andthen the items indicated on the screen are depended onthe inspected temperature. If the room temperatureinspected is no lower than 20 ºC, it indicates “11”, or elseit indicates “00”.2. Load output: The display screen is lightenedcompletely and air door is turned to the full openingposition and it sways in the way as that in cooling mode.And then the model code is output.
