Nevertheless, there is still a riskof injury or death to the operator or others or of damage tothe boiler and other property in the event of improper useor use for which it is not intended.This boiler is not designed to be used by persons (includingchildren) with limited mental and sensory capabilities or bypersons who do not have enough experience and/or knowl-edge, unless they are supervised by a person who is respon-sible for their safety or they have been instructed by him/her about how to use the boiler.Children must be watched to ensure that they do not playwith the boiler.The boiler is intended for use as a heater in closed hotwater central heating installations and hot water genera-tion.The use of the ecoTEC plus in vehicles, such as mobilehomes and caravans, is not classed as intended use. Unitsthat are not classed as vehicles are those that are installedin a fixed and permanent location and that do not have anywheels (fixed installation).Any other use, or use beyond that specified, shall be con-sidered improper use. Any direct commercial or industrialuse is also deemed to be improper.The manufacturer or supplier is not liable for any damageresulting from such use. In this case, the user alone bearsthe risk. Intended use includes:– observance of accompanying operating, installation andmaintenance instructions for the Vaillant product as wellas for other parts and components of the system– installation and assembly in accordance with the unitand system approval– compliance with all inspection and servicing conditionslisted in the instructions.CautionAny improper use is forbidden.
