Please observe the safety precautionsagainst electrostatic discharge per DIN EN 61340-5-1/-3. When handling thedevices, please ensure that environmental factors (personnel, work space andpackaging) are properly grounded.Use only direct current (DC) for insulation testing!Both the system voltage and field voltage side are capacitively coupled to theDIN-rail. If an I/O module is mounted on the DIN-rail, application of an AC voltagebetween the DIN-rail and at least one of these two potentials can lead to thedestruction of the module.Use only direct current (DC) for insulation testing. To avoid destroying the I/Omodule, you must discharge it completely before applying the test voltage again.
