Emission Control Systems Information and Warrantywc_tx001773gb.fm 55Owner’s Warranty ResponsibilityThe engine/equipment owner is responsible for the performance of the requiredmaintenance listed in the Wacker Neuson engine/equipment operator’s manual.Wacker Neuson recommends that all receipts covering maintenance on theengine/equipment be retained, but Wacker Neuson cannot deny warrantycoverage solely for the lack of receipts or for the failure to ensure the performanceof all scheduled maintenance.Normal maintenance, replacement, or repair of emission control devices andsystems may be performed by any repair establishment or individual; however,warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Wacker Neuson dealer/service center.The engine/equipment must be presented to an authorized Wacker Neuson dealer/service center as soon as a problem exists. Contact Wacker Neuson ProductSupport Department (1-800-770-0957) or visit wackerneuson.com to find a dealer/service center in your area, or to answer questions regarding warranty rights andresponsibilities.How to Make a ClaimIn the event that any emission-related part is found to be defective during thewarranty period, you shall notify Wacker Neuson Product Support Department(1-800-770-0957, or technical.support@wackerneuson.com, orwackerneuson.com), and you will be advised of the appropriate dealer/servicecenter where warranty repair can be performed.
