For additional information, visitWacom’s web site at http://www.wacom.com/support.GENERAL PROBLEMSThe computer does not havean available USB port.If a USB port is not available on your computer you will need to add aUSB hub or USB card. However, Wacom recommends using USBports on your computer instead of a USB hub whenever possible.The pen works only in mousemode, and does not draw orwrite with pressure sensitivity.The driver software for the tablet portion of the pen display was notinstalled or did not load properly.Make sure the driver software is installed and functioning.Install the driver software in accordance with the instructions found inthe installation section of this manual.The pen does not draw orwrite with pressure sensitivity.Some applications require that you turn on the pressure capabilitieswithin the application or selected tool before the pen will respond as apressure-sensitive tool.Verify that your application supports pressure sensitivity.Clicking is difficult. Open the Wacom tablet control panel and go to the PEN tab.Try using a lighter TIP FEEL.The pen selects everything orwill not stop sketching.Open the Wacom tablet control panel and go to the PEN tab.Move the T IP FEEL slider toward FIRM or select D ETAILS ... and increasethe CLICK THRESHOLD setting. If this does not help, see testing your pen.Double-clicking is difficult. Be sure you are quickly tapping the display screen twice in the sameplace on the pen display active area. Wacom recommends using thepen switch to double-click.Open the Wacom tablet control panel and go to the PEN tab.Try increasing the T IP D OUBLE C LICK D ISTANCE or using a lighter T IP FEEL.Windows: Try setting your system to launch programs with a singleclick. See clicking.You notice a delay at thebeginning of pen or inkingstrokes.Open the Wacom tablet control panel and go to the PEN tab.Try decreasing the T IP D OUBLE CLICK D ISTANCE . If that does not work,move the T IP D OUBLE CLICK D ISTANCE slider to the O FF position in orderto turn off double-click assist.You have to press hard withthe pen when clicking orwriting.Open the Wacom tablet control panel and go to the PEN tab.Move the T IP FEEL slider toward S OFT , or select the DETAILS ... buttonand decrease the SENSITIVITY and C LICK T HRESHOLD settings.
