12TROUBLESHOOTINGMAINTENANCE• Your network supply is continously checked to ensure a safe operation of the device. If one of the parameters is not inrange the charger will stop the power supply to the vehicle.• Charging process uses a secure comunication protocol (called Control Pilot) between your wallbox and the vehicle. Ifthe car detects a problem during the charging process, it will be interrupted. At this point a message will pop up in yourstatus menu.• The internal stats of the Wallbox are also being parameterized in real time. A change in the normal operating values willlead the charger to safely disconnect the power supply to the vehicle.Please take some precautions to ensure a correct maintenance:• There are no parts inside your Wallbox that need to be maintained by the user. Only qualified electrician can open andmanipulate your Wallbox.• Remeber to ensure that the power supply is turned off, before start cleaning your charger.• In case you want to clean your Wallbox, we recommned you to use a soft, dry or damp cloth.
