To open a fault clearance dialog perform one of the following:• Click a fault in the Printer Status/Control field.• Right-click a fault and select [Properties...].• Select a printer fault icon located above the printerindentifier module.2. A service code is displayed at the top of the window. Note thecode number if you need the assistance of a servicerepresentative.3. Follow the instructions provided for clearing the fault. Somefault clearance instructions allow you to play a video thatshows you step by step fault clearance instructions.4. Depending upon the type of fault, or upon which activities weresuspended when the printer developed the fault condition, youwill be asked to select [Reset], [Resume], or [Close] tocontinue the fault clearing process.NOTE: Simply closing the fault window without performing therequired actions does not clear the fault.5. If any faults remain in the Printer Status field, right-click thefault and select [Redisplay] to update the printer fault list.Power SaverPower Saver allows you to configure a timed power saver toswitch off the printer and monitor after a specified period ofinactivity. The available options depend on printer configuration.There are two levels of power saver: Low Power Mode and SleepMode.Setting up Power Saver and Automatic ShutdownWhen you are logged onto the DocuSP system as either a SystemAdministrator or Operator, the Power Saver option is available.To set up automatic power saver perform the following:NOTE: If the printer is in Power Saver mode, you must exit PowerSaver before accessing Power Saver Setup.
