Refer to “Printing a Test Page” (page 3-7)and “Printing a Demo Page” (page 3-7).If this does not solve the problem, replace the print cartridge.Color Misregistration A color has shifted outside the designated area or has been superimposed overanother color area.Perform “Print Cartridge Alignment” (page 5-8).Image Smear The ink is not sufficiently dry before the page is delivered to the output page.• Use the printer setting Activate Dry Delay Time to allow more time betweenprints to provide more time for drying. You can find this setting in the PrinterMonitor under the Printer Care tab.Missing or light color When one or more colors are light or missing:• Perform “Cleaning Print Cartridges” (page 4-7).• Check if your print cartridge is out of ink.
