The work surface of the print server must not impede on the spacerequired by the press and any attached accessories unless the worksurface is a table that has wheels and can be easily moved. A secure but accessible place near the print server must be established inwhich to store the print server media and software. Xerox personnel maynot be able to provide services unless these materials are available. Arrange for a meeting with the decisionmaker at the site and explain that it is the responsibility of the customer toensure the site is ready for the delivery and installation of the equipment.This document contains the requirements for the delivery and theinstallation of the Xerox press.Discuss the installation requirements with the customer and explain theinstallation process.
