If water flowsand the error still occurs, replacethe sensor because the sensorpossibly has failed.Message Cause RemedyTPS: TOUCH SENSORIN OPERATIONThe touch sensor was activated andthe status flag bit turned ON.This is only a notification. It does notindicate any problem.TPS: ARC IGNITIONFAILUREWhen welding started, timeoutoccurred while waiting for arc to begenerated that produces current flow.An insulator such as slag preventedcurrent from flowing, thus arc was notgenerated. Or the wire took long timeto contact the base material, beingdetermined as arc ignition failure.Remove the slag or other objects at thewire tip or in the base material. For CO2welding especially, because slag tends toprevent conduction, take some actionwhenever possible so that welding startsfrom other than welding bead edge. Adjustthe crater conditions for welding endingtime so that some short length of wirecomes out from the chip (so that the wirecan immediately contact the basematerial).TPS: ROBOT NOTREADYThe welding power source receivedthe notification that the "Robot ready"bit turned OFF, which was sent fromthe robot side, and issued the error.Check if the digital interface type ofVEW01 is FroniusTPS.WELDING POWERSOURCE: EthernetCOMMUNICATIONERRORThe Ethernet communication wasdisconnected.Check if the LAN cable is connected.
