ELEC8-11 6H95G11Electrical systemsStarting systemChecking the fuse (W)1. Check the fuse for continuity. Replace ifthere is no continuity.Checking the starter relay (W)1. Connect the digital circuit tester leads tothe starter relay terminals.2. Connect the positive battery terminal tothe brown (Br) lead.3. Connect the negative battery terminal tothe black (B) lead.4. Check for continuity between the starterrelay terminals. Replace if there is nocontinuity.5. Check that there is no continuity betweenthe starter relay terminals after discon-necting a battery terminal from the brownor black lead. Replace if there is continu-ity. |
