The protectioncircuitry has been activatedbecause this unit was turned onwhile a speaker cable was shorted.Make sure that all speaker cables betweenthis unit and speakers are connectedproperly.12This unit cannot beturned off or doesnot work properly.The internal microcomputer ishung-up due to an external electricshock (such as lightning orexcessive static electricity) or by adrop in power supply voltage.Disconnect the power cable from the ACwall outlet, wait about 30 seconds and thenplug it in again.—The batteries in the remote controlmay have lost their charge.Replace all batteries. 4The unit entersstandby mode.The protection circuitry has beenactivated because of a short circuit,etc.Check that the speaker with an impedanceof at least 6Ω.—(U.S.A. and Canada models)Check that the speaker impedance settingsare correct.12After display of acountdown on thefront panel, the unitgoes into standbymode.If you do not use take any action,the Auto Power Down functionoperates.Turn on the unit, and play the source again. —In the Setup menu “AutoPowerDown”(“Func.
