5.2.3 Inspection Every 250 Hrs,or 1 year.(1) Replacing the Fuel FilterReplace the fuel filter periodically before there isclogging and the fuel flow is reduced.1 Close the fuel cock of the fuel tank.2 Turn the fuel filter to the left with the filter wrenchand remove.3 Clean the attachment face for the filter.4 Turn the new filter to the right until it contacts theattachment face. After tightening by hand, usethe filter wrench to tighten it another 3/4 of a turn.(Tightening torque: 11.8~17.7 Nm/1.2~1.6kgm)5 Bleed the fuel system.  See 3.2.2.(2) Replacing Cooling WaterCooling performance drops when the cooling wateris contaminated with rust and scale. Even if antifreezeor antirust is added, the cooling water must beperiodically replaced because the properties of theagent will degenerate.
