User Guide for the SIP-T23P/G IP Phone66You can use two headsets when enabling dual headset. To use this feature, you mustphysically connect headsets to the headset jack and handset jack respectively. Oncethe phone connects to a call, the headset connected to the headset jack will havefull-duplex capabilities, while the one connected to the handset jack will only be able tolisten.To enable dual headset via web user interface:1. Click on Features->General Information.2. Select Enabled from the pull-down list of Dual-Headset.3. Click Confirm to accept the change.NoteThere are two types of DSS keys: Line Keys and Programable Keys. The details will beintroduced in the following. The SIP-T23P/G IP phone supports 3 line keys and 11programable keys. For more information on DSS key icon indicators, refer to IconInstructions on page 12.You can assign predefined functionalities to line keys. You can also define a label for aline key feature which will appear on the LCD screen. Line keys allow you to quicklyaccess features such as recall and voice mail. The line key LEDs will indicate theDual headset is configurable via web user interface only. |
