Getting Started17T48G T22(P) DescriptionOff Line/ UnknownIP phones can be configured automatically through configuration files stored on acentral provisioning server, manually via the phone user interface or web user interface,or by a combination of the automatic and manual methods.The recommended method for configuring IP phones is automatically through a centralprovisioning server. If a central provisioning server is not available, the manual methodwill allow changes to most features.The following sections describe how to configure IP phones using each method. Phone User Interface Web User Interface Configuration FilesAn administrator or a user can configure and use IP phones via phone user interface.Access to specific features is restricted to the administrator. The default password is“admin“(case-sensitive). Not all features are available on phone user interface. Formore information, refer to Yealink phone-specific user guide, available online:http://www.yealink.com/DocumentDownload.aspx?CateId=142&flag=142.An administrator or a user can configure IP phones via web user interface. The defaultuser name and password for the administrator to log into the web user interface areboth “admin” (case-sensitive). Most features are available for configuring via web userinterface.
