It will onlybe effectual for a specific IP phone. The MAC-Oriented CFG file is named after the MACaddress of the IP phone. For example, if the MAC address of an IP phone is00156574B150, the name of the MAC-Oriented CFG file must be 00156574b150.cfg(case-sensitive).Central ProvisioningIP phones can be centrally provisioned from a provisioning server using theconfiguration files (.cfg and .cfg). You can use a text-basedediting application to edit configuration files, and then store configuration files to aprovisioning server.
