Troubleshooting109Why doesn’t the phone pair with my Lync client? Ensure that your Lync client is installed on your PC/PAD and a Lync user signs in toLync server successfully. Ensure that the user signing on the phone is the same as the one signing on theLync client. Re-pair the phone and Lync client manually. Ensure that Yealink BToE Connector and application driver are successfully installedon your PC/PAD, and both of them start successfully. If the phone still cannot pairwith the Lync client, reboot the PC/PAD. After reboot, if the phone still cannot pair with the Lync client, uninstall the YealinkBToE Connector and application driver, and then reinstall them.Why can’t I get a dial tone? Check for any loose connections and that the phone has been installed properly.For the installation instructions, refer to Phone Installation on page 9.
