Do not grip the hand sensors to tight and allow thecomputer a few seconds to display the reading.The treadmill also comes supplied with a chest strap that willmeasure your heart rate directly and send it to a receiver inthe treadmill. If you are using the strap you do not need tohold the hand pulse sensors.
