When the target distance value reach 0, the console will display the result (PC WIN or USER WIN).User ProgramUsers are free to select the resistance level in 16 columns. The values and profiles will be stored in the memory aftersetup. Users may also change the ongoing loading in each column by UP/DOWN keys, and they will not change theresistance level stored in the memory:1. Use the UP/DOWN key to select the resistance level for each interval and press ENTER.2. Hold ENTER key for 2 seconds to end setup.3. For example,the resistance level may increase every 20 seconds while the heart rate detected is lower than the TARGET H.R.C. Also theresistance level may decrease every 20 seconds while the heart rate detected is higher than the TARGET H.R.C.NOTE: You need to wear a chest strap for this function to work.1.
