The plug socket shall be accessible afterinstallation.Remark: All the wiring must be based on the wiring nameplate which is shown on the model.CAUTIONS• Perform the wiring with sufficient capacity. Installation places legally require a short circuit isolator to be attachedto prevent electrical shock.• Do not extend the power cable code by cutting.• Power voltage should be in the range of 90%-110% of rated voltage.• The plug of the air conditioner takes a grounding leg, and clients should use a grounding socket so that the airconditioner can be grounded efficiently.• If the power cord is damaged, replacement should be conducted by qualified technician or a serviceman.Remark per EMC Directive 89/336/EECTo prevent flicker impressions during the start of the compressor (technical process), the following installation conditions doapply.1. The power connection for the air conditioner has to be done at the main power distribution. The distribution has to be of an low impedance, normally the required impedance reaches at a 32A fusing point.2. No other equipment has to be connected with this power line.3. For detailed installation acceptance, please refer to your contract with the power supplier if restrictions do applyfor products like washing machines, air conditioners or electrical ovens.4. For power details of the air conditioner, refer to the rating plate of the product.5. For any question, contact your local dealer.CAUTIONS• Never modify the unit by removing any of the safety guards or by bypassing any of the safety interlock switches.• Connect the connecting cable correctly and connect the connecting cable to terminal as identified with theirrespective marks.• Do not scratch the conductive core & inner insulator of power supply cables and do not deform or smash on the surfaceof cables.NOTENOTEThe supply voltage must be consistent with the ratevoltage of the air conditioner.Electrical workModel 18 Cooling and HeatingT3 E 1 N 3 4 5 Indoor UnitOutdoor UnitT3 E 1 N 3 4 5Model 18 Cooling onlyPower Supply208-230V/1Ph/60Hz220-240V/1Ph/50HzL NPower Supply208-230V/1Ph/60Hz220-240V/1Ph/50HzL N1 N 3 4 Indoor Unit1 N 3 4 Outdoor Unit5Model Power source Circuitbreaker/fuse Wiring sizeModel 24 Cooling only Model 24 Cooling and HeatingPower Supply208-230V/1Ph/60Hz220-240V/1Ph/50HzL N L1 N1 1 2 3 4 5 66Indoor UnitL N 1 2 3 4 5 Outdoor UnitPower Supply208-230V/1Ph/60Hz220-240V/1Ph/50HzL N L1 N1 1 2 3 4 Indoor UnitL N 1 2 3 4 Outdoor UnitModel 48 Cooling only Model 48 Cooling and HeatingPower Supply380-415V/3Ph/50Hz460V/3Ph/60HzA B C N 1 2 3 4 5 6 Indoor UnitA B C N 1 2 3 4 Outdoor UnitPower Supply380-415V/3Ph/50Hz460V/3Ph/60HzA B C N 1 2 3 4 5 6 Indoor UnitA B C N 1 2 3 4 Outdoor Unit
