The electronic timerPlease note that this is a 24 hour clock, for example 2.00 pm is shownas 1400.In the following pages we explainhow to set the controls. Readthrough them a few times until youare familiar with the procedure.If the oven is switched off on the wall, or there is a loss of power, theclock will stop and you will not be able to use the main oven. When youfirst switch the electricity supply on, the timer display will flash.To set the time of dayTurn the selector knob to 'Manual'then turn to 'Clock'.Set the correct time by turningand holding the setting knobclockwise. Adjust the time by turningthe setting knob in either direction.Turn the selector knob back to 'Manual'.To use the TimerTurn the selector knob to 'Timer'.Turn the setting knob clockwise untilthe display shows the time youwant. The bell symbol ( ) will beshowing and this will stay lit upduring the time. Our diagram showsthe timer set to 5 minutes.If you change your mind and want to cancel the time you have set,simply turn the setting knob anticlockwise. Then turn the selector to'Manual'.When you are using the timer you can make the clock show the time ofday by turning the selector knob to 'Manual'. The bell symbol will stay onto remind you that the countdown is set.
