It gives especially good resultswhen used to cook fruitcakes, sweets and sa-voury flants or quiche.Main ovenThe main oven is particularly suitable for cook-ing larger quantities of food.BakingGeneral instructions• Your new oven may bake or roast differentlyto the appliance you had before. Adapt yourusual settings (temperature, cooking times)and shelf levels to the values in the tables.• With longer baking times, the oven can beswitched off about 10 minutes before the endof baking time, to use the residual heat.• Use deep roasting pan in middle or top shelflevel of top oven.• To brown pastry dishes on the bottom, cookon metal plate or put on a baking tray.When you use frozen food, the trays in theoven can twist during baking. When thetrays get cold again, the distortion will begone.How to use the Baking Tables• We recommend to use the lower temperaturethe first time.• If you cannot find the settings for a specialrecipe, look for the one that is almost thesame.• Baking time can be extended by 10-15 mi-nutes, if you bake cakes on more than onelevel.• Cakes and pastries at different heights do notalways brown equally at first. If this occurs,do not change the temperature setting.
