12Accessories delivered with the applianceThe following accessories are supplied with yourappliance :• Shelf for placing dishes on (roast, pastrymounds). The dish should be put in the middleof the shelf to balance the weight.• Backing tray• Roasting trayIt is used to collect juice when cooking in it,place it on the shelf 2 from low.If you do not use the roasting tray, remove it fromthe oven.In addition to the accessories supplied werecommend you only use heatproofdishes/pans (according to the manufacturer’sinstructions).Removable drawerThe removable drawer is located underneath theoven cavity.During cooking the drawer maybecome hot if the oven is in use for a longperiod of time. Flammable materials such asoven gloves, tea towels, plastic aprons etc.should not be stored in the drawer.Oven accessories such as baking sheets, willalso become hot, therefore care should be takenwhen removing these items from the drawerwhilst the oven is in use or still hot.To open• Grasp the drawer from underneath and pull itout as shown.• To remove the drawer, pull it out to the stop,then lift it up slowly and pull it out completely.To replace the drawer follow the sameprocedure in reverse.
