EN12active anode also protects the steelplate against corrosion. The specially fired enamel designprovides long life in case of aggressive(soft) water. The main outlinedimensions of the water storage aredescribed in Figure 1. The horizontal placement of theunit permits installation in locationswhere vertical placement of the unitwould not be possible due to heightlimitations.3. STORAGE INSTALLATION /DEPLOYMENTPursuant to regulations of HungarianStandards MSZ 2364 / MSZ HD 60364,the hot water storage must be installedand connected to pipeline andelectricity by a professional technician. Before installation of the unit, aprofessional architect has to analyzethe structure of the wall where theunit will be mounted. The following solutions are proposed incase of different wall types:• Stone, brick and concrete wallsof thickness of 100-150 mm: hex headbolts (Hungarian Standard M 12, MSZEN ISO 4017), bolt washer for woodconnection (M 12). It is mounted withhorizontal flat steel of 50 x 5 at theback side of the wall.• Really thin walls: hex head bolts(Hungarian Standard M 12, MSZ EN ISO4017), bolt washer for woodconnection (M 12). Fixed with 2 Ushaped steels of 60 x 40 x 3 (MSZ EN10279) vertically at the back side ofthe wall. In case of wall mountablehorizontal water tanks, an installationdistance of at least 70 cm has to beguaranteed on the side of the fittingarea.Wall mountable horizontal hot watertanks are delivered in factoryadjusted “left design”, mountedready (see Figure 1)Check the placement of thesuspension legs. If this installationplacement is suitable, then there isnothing left to do, except formounting the unit on the bolts fixedon the wall and fix the unit withbolt washers, bolt nuts. Beforemounting the unit, check thetension of the mounting bands, andtighten the screws fixing the bandsplaced on the front of the hot watertank, if necessary. If the distance between the screwsfixed in the wall and the distance ofsuspension legs fixed to the unit aredifferent, then the followings shouldbe done:1. Loosen the screws fixing thebands (placed on the front of thehot water tank) and set the bandstogether with the suspension legseither closer or farther. Take carethat the supporting plate under thesuspension legs should remain underthe suspension legs in this newplacement, as well.2. Tighten the screws and lay thehot water tank on a floor being inthe same plane as the suspensionlegs.3. Check that the suspension legsremain in the same plane. If youperceive a different case, thenloosen one of the screws. If thesuspension legs have moved in the
