Ifyour remotes do not fall into this category, skip this section.WARNINGIt is critical that the geographic coordinates accurately reflect yourcurrent geographic location. If the values are incorrect, yourSatellite Router will not be acquired into the network.1. Open a HyperTerminal session on the Satellite Router’s console. Alternatively,you may telnet to the Satellite Router.2. At the prompt, type the following commandlatlong [N|S] [E|W]Format of the latlong CommandThe format of the latlong command is: latlong [N/S] [E/W]When entering this command, replace the string with your current latitude in decimalnotation, followed by N for north or S for south. Replace the string with your currentlongitude in decimal notation, followed by E for east or W for west.1. Type “ extras show ” at the console prompt to display the current settingsfor latitude and longitude.2. Reset the Satellite Router.
