The gearbox containsLubcon Turmogrease Li 802 EP.Drive SquareIf the tool output drive is subject to torque overload there is potential for catastrophic tool damage. To reducethis risk the output drive square has been designed, like a fuse, so it will shear first. The output drive squareis easy and quick to replace, for part numbers see ACCESSORIES listed in the INTRODUCTION. The drivesquare is NOT covered by the standard product warranty.FIGURE 28 – Drive Square ReplacementTo replace the drive square:1. Unplug tool from mains supply.2. Support tool in a horizontal position3. Use 4mm hex key (supplied) to remove the screw and then remove drive square.If the square has sheared it may be necessary to use pliers to remove the broken parts.4. Fit new drive square.5. Fit new screw.
