You can entera single User Interface View or multi User Interface View to configure one or moreuser interfaces respectively.Perform the following configuration in System View.Configuring the User Interface-Supported ProtocolThe following command is used for setting the supported protocol by the currentuser interface. You can log in to the Switch only through the supported protocol.The configuration becomes effective when you log in again.Perform the following configurations in User Interface (VTY user interface only)View.By default, the user interface supports Telnet and SSH protocols.If the Telnet protocol is specified, to ensure a successful login through Telnet, youmust configure the password by default.If SSH protocol is specified, to ensure a successful login, you must configure thelocal or remote authentication of username and password using theauthentication-mode scheme command. The protocol inbound sshconfiguration fails if you configure authentication-mode password andauthentication-mode none.
