However, if the fault isstable and has not disappeared, the operation indication message and the LED(s) arenot cleared. An operation indication generated by a non-latching start isautomatically cleared when the stage is reset.Priority of operation indication messagesThe messages on the display have a certain priority order. If different types ofindications are activated simultaneously, the message with the highest priorityappears on the display.The priority order of the messages:1. CBFP2. Trip3. Start/AlarmWhen several protection stages generate starts, the last start indication message isdisplayed. When several protection stages trip, the first trip indication message isdisplayed until the time, as specified by the NEW TRIP IND. setting value, hasexpired. After this, a new trip indication message can replace the old one. A hiddentrip indication message can be brought forward by pressing .4.3.2.2. Disturbance recorder indicationWhen the display is in the idle mode, an asterisk “*” indicating that the disturbancerecorder has been triggered and is ready to be unloaded, is shown in the lower right-hand corner of the display. Disturbance recorder status indication can also be routedto the programmable LEDs.4.3.2.3. Self-supervisionThere are two types of fault indications; internal relay fault (IRF) indications andwarnings. Internal relay faults prevent relay operation.
