Check that the input logical signal BLOCK is logical zero and that on the local HMI,the logical signals LVL_ALM, LVL_LO, TEMP_ALM and TEMP_LO are equal tological zero.10.12.2.1 Testing the liquid medium supervision for alarm and lock out conditions1. Connect the binary inputs to consider liquid level to initiate the alarms.2. Consider the analogue level input LEVEL to initiate the alarms.3. Liquid level lock out input can be used to set LVL_LO signal, check the signalstatus in local HMI under Main menu/Test/Function status/Monitoring/Liquid medium supervision SSIML/LVL_LO4. Reduce the liquid level input below LevelAlmLimit, check for LVL_ALM signalstatus in local HMI under Main menu/Test/Function status/Monitoring/Liquid medium supervision SSIML/LVL_ALM5. Activate BLOCK binary input, the signals LVL_ALM, LVL_LO shoulddisappear.6. Reset the BLOCK binary input.7. Check for reset lock out input RESET_LO to reset the LVL_LO lock out signal.8. Conduct these steps for temperature input as well to detect and reset TEMP_ALMand TEMP_LO signals.9. Continue to test another function or end the test by changing the TestModesetting to Off.10.12.2.2 Completing the testContinue to test another function or end the test by changing the TestMode setting toOff. Restore connections and settings to their original values, if they were changed fortesting purposes.10.12.3 Breaker monitoring SSCBRPrepare the IED for verification of settings outlined in section “Testing the IEDoperation”.The Signal Monitoring tool in PCM600 shows the service values that are available onthe Local HMI as well.Values of the logical signals belong to the breaker monitoring are available on thelocal HMI under: Main menu/Test/Function status/Monitoring/BreakerMonitoring/SSCBR:x1MRK 511 360-UEN A Section 10Testing functionality by secondary injectionBay control REC670 2.1 IEC 181Commissioning manual
