The number that is displayed is the remaining batterylife. If “b---” is displayed, it means the battery is dead or you arerunning the unit on AC power. Please do not let the batteryfully die, this severly shortens the life of the battery.Example: If “b050” is displayed, the battery is at half life. If“b025” is displayed, the battery is at 25% life.NOTE: When the battery is charging or if the battery life isbelow 30% the digital display will flicker.Battery Recharge: To recharge the battery, plug the supplied ACcord into the AC input on the side of the unit and plug the otherend into a matching power supply. It takes about 6.5 hours toreach full charge. The display will STOP flashing when the unitreaches 100% charge.Note: When unplugging the unit from charging and thenapplying power via battery, there will be a minimal chargedrop.For a faster recharge, put the Load Switch in the “Off” positionand the Battery Switch in the “ON” position.MEGA GO FLOOD BAR Battery ReplacementIf you choose to replace the battery yourself, follow these instruc-tions. Be very carefully when replacing the battery. Pay attentionwhen replacing the battery. Make sure the unit is unplugged, and thebattery and load switches are in the “off” position.Start with the LED display facing you.Remove the end bracket located to theright of the LED display. Unscrew the4 phillips screws to remove the endbracket.Next, slide out the LED protective screen.After removing the protective screen.Gently and carefully slide out the LEDboard. DO NOT fully remove the board!Slide it out enough that the battery isvisiable. See the next picture.Notice the LED board is not fullyremoved, and the battery is visable.After locating the battery, you need toremove the battery cover. To do this care-fully “flip” the unit on its side to accessthe cover screws. Remove these phillipsscrews.
