HSSI or V.35 Port Diagnostics MenuData ModeEnds a test already in progress.Payload LoopbackThis selection initiates a P AYLOAD L OOPBACK test for all data on theselected port rather than for the entire DS3. During this test, thedata is looped back in the network direction. Perform this test toverify the integrity of the portion of the DS3 link connecting theselected port of the T3SU 300 and the remote DTE. This test is non-intrusive to the three other ports. See Figure 6-6.This test does not interrupt data flow from the network to the DTE, but itdoes block all DTE-to-network data for the selected port.
