Call forwarding function34Call forwarding functionIf absent or busy, you can forward your calls to another terminal, to an external number*(e.g. the GSM number) or to your voice mailbox*.The call forwarding is shown on the first line of the idle screen by means of thesymbol in case of immediate forwarding or forwarding on busy.Forwarding a call *To access the call forwarding function:*Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.MenuForwarding1 - Press the Menu Fox key.2 - Select Forwarding and confirm.Note: By means of the "Cancel forw." message, the screen showsthat a forwarding option is active. You can delete this message viathe Select Fox key (see also "Deactivate call forwarding",Page 36).To choose the type of forwarding:The following types of forwarding are proposed:• Immediate forwarding: The call will be routed directly to theindicated terminal.• Transfer on busy (CFB): The call will be routed to the indicatedterminal if your terminal is busy.• Forward on no reply(CFNR): The call will be routed to theterminal indicated if you do not reply.• Predefined forward: The call will be routed to a terminal thenumber of which is programmed by the operator.3 - Select the desired option and confirm.The screen now prompts you to specify the origin of calls to beforwarded.
