Installation proceduresAfter installation of all precision frames you can start to install the remaining tiles but in case of a wall mountconfiguration you must first install the mono phase power box and the digitizer. Then install the tiles simulta-neous with the data and power cabling.5.7 Installation of the mono phase power boxWhat has to be done ?The mono phase power has to be attached to one of the sides of the Solaris LD display. There are only two possible mountinglocations on the Solaris LD display for the power box. Either at the left side or the right side of the display on the height of the thirdrow of tiles.The Solaris D2 digitizer must always be installed at the same side of the power box.Necessary tools• Phillips screw driver.• 3 mm hexagon Allen key.• 10 mm open ended spanner.Necessary parts• Four M4x12 hexagon socket head cap screws (I).• Two M6 hexagon flange nuts (G).How to install the power box ?1. Open the cover door of the mono phase power box and place all the circuit breakers in the OFF position.2. Remove the front cover of the power box by releasing four screws in the corners of the cover. Use a Phillips screw driver.3. Attach the power box support plate to the back of the power box as illustrated. Use four M4x12 hexagon socket head cap screws(I). The left side of image 5-33 shows how to attach the support plate in case the power box has to be installed at the left side ofthe Solaris LD display. The right side shows the opposite.Note: Depending on the mounting location of the power box the support plate is differently attached to the power box.4. Place back the cover of the power box.5. Mount the power box with the attached support plate to the Solaris LD display as illustrated. Fasten with two M6 hexagon flangenuts (G).
