84Anti-theft DeviceAnti-theft DeviceEntering the Code NumberIf the auto radio is disconnected from the electrical supplysource, the anti-theft device prevents it from being reconnect-ed. After turning on the unit via the button, the promptSYDWTCD'`RADW is displayed.Using the multifunction buttons “ - ”, the five-digit codenumber must be entered.Exampel: Code number 15372 (the code number can befound on the enclosed CODE CARD).Enter code number using the multifunction buttons.Once the fifth digit has been entered and all other digits havebeen entered correctly, the unit switches on automatically.Note: It is important to store the CODE CARD in a safeplace outside of the vehicle. Thus, illegal use is notpossible. The sticker provided should be attached tothe inside of the vehicle windscreen/ window.If an incorrect code number is entered, the prompt ( willbe displayed once again.
