Hold the Set Exercise switch until the generator starts(approximately 10 seconds) and then release. All ofthe red LEDs will flash for approximately 10 secondsand then stop. The generator will start and run forapproximately 12 minutes and then shutdown on it’sown. The exerciser will then be set to start and run atthat time of that day each week.
