DRIVER MEMORY SETTINGS(if equipped)This feature allows up to two driversto program and recall memorysettings for the driver’s seat settings,exterior mirror positions, tilt andtelescopic steering column position,some radio and compact discsettings, and last climate controlsetting.With Base radio systems, memorysettings are programmed andrecalled through the radio. OnNavigation radio-equipped vehicles,memory settings are programmedand recalled through the Navigationsystem display. (See your NavigationSystem Manual for completeprogramming instructions.)To store driver settings on Baseradio-equipped vehicles:• Turn the ignition on.• Press the CNFG radio button.• Turn the TUNE/SEL knob and scrollto SETUP.• Press TUNE/SEL to enter theSETUP menu.• Turn TUNE/SEL and scroll toDRIVER SELECTION.• Press TUNE/SEL to enter theDRIVER SELECTION menu.• Turn the TUNE/SEL knob to theappropriate driver number(according to the number shownon the back of your key fob); thenpress the TUNE/SEL knob.• Adjust the driver’s seat, outsidemirror and steering column tocomfortable positions.• Set the climate control temper-ature, fan speed and modesettings, radio presets, tonevolume, playback mode (AM/FMor CD) and compact disc position.• Turn the TUNE/SEL knob and scrollto STORE DRIVER SETTINGS; thenpress the knob. Two beeps willsound and your settings will besaved.Your memory settings are nowprogrammed. Any changes madeto the audio system and climatecontrols while driving will beautomatically stored when theignition is turned off.
