1613 Auto Exposure BracketingKFollow steps 1 and 2 to turn off the AEB range display (set to 0).The AEB setting will also be canceled automatically if the powerswitch is set to <2>, flash recycling is completed, etc.Using AEB with continuous shootingIf the drive mode is set to <i> or <M> (p.112) and you press theshutter button completely, the three bracketed shots will be takencontinuously in this sequence: standard exposure, decreasedexposure, and increased exposure. The shooting will then stopautomatically.Using AEB with single shooting (u/B)Press the shutter button three times to take the three bracketedshots. The three bracketed shots will be taken in the followingsequence: standard exposure, decreased exposure, and increasedexposure.Using AEB with the self-timer or a remote controller (soldseparately)With the self-timer or a remote control shooting (<Q> or <l>),you can take three continuous shots after a 10-sec. or 2-sec. delay.With <q> (p.114) set, the number of continuous shots will be threetimes the number set.Canceling AEBShooting TipsDuring AEB, <A> in the viewfinder and AEB range will blink.AEB cannot be used with flash, [Multi Shot Noise Reduction], Creativefilters, or bulb exposures.If [z2: Auto Lighting Optimizer] (p.136) is set to any setting otherthan [Disable], the effect of AEB may be reduced.
