47Mail Box FunctionsMail Box Function OverviewThere are three types of boxes when using the Mail Box function: User Inboxes, Confidential Fax Inboxes, and theMemory RX Inbox. For more information on the features explained here, see e-Manual > Mail Box, Send Fax.Inbox Selection ScreenUser Inbox Document SelectionScreenUser InboxEnables you to store scanned documents, and then print or sendthem.1Memory MediaYou can store images scanned by the machine, such as scanneddocuments and documents stored in the inbox, on USB memory.Those images can also be printed from USB memory.2Confidential Fax InboxDocuments which match the specified forwarding conditions areforwarded to a Confidential Fax Inbox. Stored documents canthen be printed when necessary.4PrintPress to print the selected document. Use the Change Pr.Settings screen to print onto both sides of the paper, print abooklet, change the layout, or change finishing options.Clear SelectionPress to cancel your selection and select another document.Changes to [Select All (Max 100 doc.)] if you have not selectedany documents.12Move/DuplicatePress to copy or move the selected document to another UserInbox.3ScanPress to scan a document and store it.
