Doing so could result inmalfunction or damage to the product.● For details on charging time and the number of shots andrecording time possible with a fully charged battery pack, see“Number of Shots/Recording Time, Playback Time” (= 134).● Charged battery packs gradually lose their charge, even whenthey are not used. Charge the battery pack on (or immediatelybefore) the day of use.● The charger can be used in areas with 100 – 240 V AC power(50/60 Hz). For power outlets in a different format, use acommercially available adapter for the plug. Never use anelectrical transformer designed for traveling, which may damagethe battery pack.(2)(1)Holding the Camera● Place the strap around your neck.● When shooting, keep your arms close toyour body and hold the camera securelyto prevent it from moving. If you haveraised the flash, do not rest your fingerson it.Charging the Battery PackBefore use, charge the battery pack with the included charger.
