Contact your localauthorized Canon dealer or servicerepresentative for more information.Cause The scanner does not support the USBcable.Solution Use the USB cable provided with the scanner.Cause The USB hub is not compatible with thescanner.Solution Remove the USB hub.■ Scanning Is Not PerformedIf scanning does not start when it should, first confirm thefollowing:✔ Are the scanner and PC correctly connected with theproper cable?✔ Is the scanner’s power switch turned ON?If this does not solve the problem, consider the followingpossible causes:Cause The ISIS/TWAIN driver and JobRegistration Tool are not installedcorrectly.Solution Uninstall and then reinstall the ISIS/TWAINdriver and Job Registration Tool.
