61.4 Sound Generator SectionThe Sound Generator Section consists of a common part that does not depend on the channel and a part that specific toeach channel. Mainly it receives performance information and performs operations.1.4.1 Sound Generator Common BlockThe common section consists of a sound generator setting blocks that do not depend on the sound generator part, such assystem effects, mixer master control, etc. These can be controlled by system exclusive messages that are basically exclusiveto this particular instrument, but several parameters also can be controlled by general universal system exclusive messages.1.4.2 Part BlockThe parts of the sound generator can be operated and their settings can be changed with Instrument-specific system exclusivemessages and channel messages.
