You can then use the pedals forexpression that is similar to that available on anacoustic piano.• The optionally available CS-67P special stand isrequired in order to use the SP-33 Pedal Unit.You can connect audio equipment or a music amplifierto the Digital Piano and then play through externalspeakers for more powerful volume and better soundquality.• While sound output from the speakers is disabled,*the Digital Piano automatically optimizes sound forheadphones and LINE OUT listening. Duringspeaker output, it automatically switches tooptimization for listening with speakers.* Plug inserted into the PHONES jack or “Speaker”SYSTEM SETTING Screen (page EN-52) turnedoff.• Whenever connecting a device to the Digital Piano,first use the VOLUME controller to set the volume toa low level.
